Customers from EuropeEnglish Version
Persons living outside of Germany can order without any problem model kits from robart.de. But due to different national postal and banking terms it is unfortunately not possible to order directly via our online-shop. So, if you want to order, please use the request form containing the following informations: 1. Which and how many model kits do you want. robart.de will submit an accurate offer, so you can decide whether you want to order or not. What do I have to pay? In addition to product prices for the model kits you are interested in, you have to pay shipping fees and transfer charges of your bank. Shipping fees will cost in most cases 17.00 Euros. The transfer charges are in the majority of cases - as explained below - more or less negligible. Your advantage: All orders coming from other european countries will be given a discount of 10% off to the regular price! Excluded are all indicated special price offers. What about the value-added tax (VAT)? When living in a country of the EU domestic market, there is no difference to prices within Germany: The product price includes german VAT (16%). For customers from outside of EU domestic market (for example Switzerland), there is no need to pay the VAT. This means a lower product price, but maybe you have to pay your national customs duty or import tax. And how do I transfer money to robart.de? All customers ordering from another european country can chose from two ways of payment. Which is the better one for you depends on where you are living. 1. Bank Transfer - interesting for customers living in the EU domestic market Since July, 1st 2003 most citizens inside the European Union can transfer money to other accounts in EU under the same conditions like in their own country. By using the EU standard bank transfer*, money transfers to other countries will become nearly free of charge for many persons. Please ask your bank to give you information on EU standard bank transfer. robart.de has the needed bank account to realise EU standard bank transfers! * Prerequisites for the EU standard bank transfer are the international bank code (BIC), the international customer number (IBAN) and the uniform EU standard payment transaction form. This bank transfer of up to 12,500 euros, will cost no more than its domestic bank transfer counterpart. 2. PayPal - interesting for customers NOT living in EC domestic market Most customers who do not have the possibilty to make a EU standard bank transfer, should try to avoid sending money via traditional foreign bank transfer: Some banks will charge more than 10.00 Euros for realising your money transfer. I think, this is no acceptable solution! In view of these charges robart.de offers another way to send money nearly free of charge. All you need is a cost free account at PayPal*. Especially ebay-members know this kind of service. * PayPal - so its self definition - is "an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account". After the take-over by ebay in 2002, PayPal soon became one of the major enterprises in its market segment. Legal information: These article was written to help you finding a decision. You will understand, that robart.de can not give any warranty concerning the described transfer methods. Of course the decision is up to you, in which way you will realise the money transfer. |
